This development is set in the amazing island of the commonwealth of Dominica, with outstanding natural
beauty. The project in located in a village named as the city the never sleep, the site is location off the main road with
is own side street surround by small family houses. The design is spilt into three houses, one ground floor large two bedroom
house and two houses above, one large two bedroom over two floors and the other a large three bedroom.
The client intention was to fund the project by either sell or rent the houses above and keep the ground floor house. Each
house has it own terrace with its own special views and can open plan living area.
